Itinerary
Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel to rest and acclimate. Explore the vibrant streets of Thamel, a popular tourist hub in Kathmandu.
Overnight: Kathmandu
Transfer from Kathmandu to Ramechhap by car and board your flight to Lukla (2,800m/9,186ft). Enjoy breathtaking views of the Himalayas on the way. Meet your trekking guides and begin your trek towards Phakding. Descend through lush forests, cross suspension bridges, and pass through Sherpa villages.
Overnight: Phakding
Continue trekking along the banks of the Dudh Koshi River. Cross suspension bridges, ascend steep trails, and enter Sagarmatha National Park. Reach the vibrant Sherpa town of Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,286ft), the gateway to Everest.
Overnight: Namche Bazaar
Enjoy acclimatization day to adjust to the altitude. Explore the town of Namche Bazaar and visit the Sherpa Museum. Optional hike to the Everest View Hotel for panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and Ama Dablam.
Overnight: Namche Bazaar
Resume the trek with stunning views of the Himalayas. Descend to the Dudh Koshi River and cross the famous high suspension bridge. Ascend through rhododendron forests and reach Tengboche (3,860m/12,664ft), known for its famous monastery. Attend the evening prayer ceremony at Tengboche Monastery.
Overnight: Tengboche
Descend through forests and cross a suspension bridge over the Imja Khola. Ascend gradually through open landscapes, passing yak herds and traditional stone houses.
Overnight: Dingboche
Enjoy Dingboche (4,410m/14,468ft), a picturesque village with stunning views of Ama Dablam. Take a short hike to Nagarjun Hill or Chhukung Valley for acclimatization and breathtaking views.
Overnight: Dingboche.
Resume the trek along the moraines of the Khumbu Glacier. Pass memorials dedicated to climbers who lost their lives on Everest. Ascend gradually and reach the village of Lobuche (4,910m/16,108ft).
Overnight: Lobuche
Trek to Gorak Shep (5,170m/16,961ft) , a small settlement at the base of Kala Patthar. Leave your belongings at the lodge and continue towards Everest Base Camp. Navigate through rocky trails and the Khumbu Glacier to reach Everest Base Camp (5,364m/17,598ft). Spend time at Base Camp, soak in the atmosphere, and take pictures.
Overnight: Gorak Shep
Early morning hike to Kala Patthar (5,545m/18,192ft) for a panoramic sunrise view of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, and other peaks. Descend to Gorak Shep, have breakfast, and start descending further. Begin the trek down to Pheriche (4,371m/14,340ft), a village located in a sheltered valley.
Overnight: Pheriche
Descend through steep trails and cross suspension bridges. Pass through forests, Sherpa settlements, and prayer flags. Reach Namache Bazar for a relaxing afternoon in the village.

Continue trekking along the banks of the Dudh Koshi River. Cross suspension bridges, ascend steep trails, and exit Sagarmatha National Park.
Overnight: Phakding
The final day of our trek takes us back to Lukla, where we have a chance to relax after the rigorous adventure we just undertook.
Overnight: Lukla
Catch the short flight back to Kathmandu, where the rest of the day is free for shopping, sightseeing, or relaxing in one of the many rooftop cafés.
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at your hotel. Depart from Kathmandu, either continuing your journey or returning home.
